Amberwood (ALL NO SMOKING)

Inc. fridge freezer, w/machine, large T.V in master bedroom, DVD or video, microwave, coffee maker.
1 bedroom luxury honeymoon lodge. Sleeps 2 + cot.
2 bedroom. Sleeps 4/6.
Detached 3 bedroom. Sleeps 6/7/8/9.
Detached 3* bedroom Amberwood Paradise Executive Lodge. Sleeps 6.
Detached 4** bedroom Amberwood Escape Executive Lodge. Sleeps 8.

The prices shown are per lodge not per person. Early arrival (Amberwoods only) check-in 2pm instead of 4pm £10.00 extra (optional). Escape & Paradise inclusive of 2pm check-in.

Indoor pool, spa pool, sauna, games areas - open 4th Feb - 1st Nov and 22nd Dec - 2nd Jan. Outdoor pool open May Bank Holiday to Aug 30th.
Small shop and Watermouth Inn opens 8th March - 1st Nov and 22nd Dec - 2nd Jan.
High chairs and travel cots provided at £8 per week. High chairs £6 per week (except Amberwoods free).
Linen hire £10 a double £15 full unit, including beds made on arrival and including towels.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SWIMMING/BEACH TOWELS.
Two weekers; If you wish your lodge to be courtesy cleaned, please ask for price and details.
All our lodges have microwaves, toasters, kettles, gas or electric ovens + fridges (central heating throughout).
Strictly NO BBQ’s.
Don't forget your beach/swimming pool towels

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Keys available from 4pm on arrival. Please hand in by 10am on day of departure.
Children are always welcome.
Dogs (maximum of 1 dog) are allowed in certain accommodation at a charge of £20 weekly. Strict rules apply to pets.
High chairs & travel cots only - Cots provided at £8 per week, highchairs at £6 per week.
Electricity & gas - Are fully inclusive.
VAT - Is Included at 17.5% where applicable.
Colour TV - A set is provided in all lodges.
WE ARE OPEN - Feb - Dec. No bar or restaurant from 1st Nov - 22nd Dec or 1st Feb - 8th March Accommodation only.

Groups - We do not accept ALL male/female parties under 25 years of age.
Reduced bar opening times are in operation during the low season.

Responsibility

It is an express condition of the booking that we, cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to property nor non-availability of accommodation or amenities beyond our control. Our brochure is printed long periods in advance and we must reserve the right to make improvements or alterations without notice. It is an express condition of the booking that we will not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through circumstances beyond our control. Outdoor pool open, subject to weather conditions, May spring Bank Holiday. We reserve the right to open only one of our swimming pools according to demand arid weather conditions. We do not employ life guards, children under 16 and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult swimmer at all times.

Wheelchairs & disability

Some of our lodges might be unsuitable for the disabled. To enable you to get the best from your holiday you must make prior arrangements, in writing, before booking.

Deposit

Please send £50 deposit (£100 for Amberwood) for each week booked Balance for rentals must reach us a clear 28 days before commencement of holiday. All deposits to reach us within seven days or booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation & curtailment insurance (compulsory)

£20 per week payable at time of booking. If you are forced to cancel your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy, to any member of your party named on the booking form, and it can be substantiated that this has arisen since you made the booking, then you are no longer liable for the balance of the rental. If the balance of the rental has been paid we guarantee to refund the balance. Deposits are non-refundable. The decision of Watermouth Lodges Ltd on all claims will be final. To qualify you must notify us immediately the circumstances arise. The cover is only valid if such qualifying circumstances arise before you leave your home for your holiday. Only those persons listed on your booking form, and submitted at the time of booking, will be covered by the cancellation scheme. Should you need to cancel you must notify us immediately. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
